Oh man, this place. Such a pleasure to get the tour of Seven Caves. You can only stop by with an appointment, but once you’re there you get Geoff’s attention and it’s amazing. He is a wealth of brewing knowledge, but you can also tell there is a joy and passion behind what he does. He seems like he’s just tinkering around, having a good ol’ time, all the while making some great product.
If you’re a rum or gin person, this is spot you have to check out. There’s always a few things being testing and tried out as well as a rum infused maple syrup. I’m looking forward to the whiskey that is currently aging!
